Having the holidays fall in the middle of the week this year has been something that I have really enjoyed. Most people are taking both weeks off and that has allowed me to really catch up on things at work. I have almost completely cleaned out my inbox and have crossed a lot of long overdue things off of my to-do list. It feels really good.
I have been eating better. Smoothies. Granola with almond milk. Fruit. Salads. It feels good. I need to drink more water and probably add some supplements. But I am feeling like I am turning a corner.
