Starting something new on this Monday morning. Going to set some goals. This week, I will have either a smoothie or green juice for breakfast every morning – a small goal for better nutrition and feeling better. I am also going to meditate each morning and think of one thing that I am grateful for. I am drinking my smoothie as I type this. And I am grateful for my new home. Time to go meditate.

Still the same fat bastard. Still thinking too much about work. Still eating like shit. Although, last week I did have green juices for breakfast for three mornings – so that is something. That actually was really good. I feel good when I drink green juice for breakfast. Now I just need to make healthy dinners and do some exercise and I will be on my way. Not sure what I am waiting for. I should be able to hold myself accountable for this. I think part of my problem is I am always telling myself “I will do it next week” or “I will do it tomorrow”. But I need to tell myself each day that all I can really control is what I do today. Focus on today.
