I have had a few recent circumstances to remind me of just how bad of shape I am in. One was helping someone move to a new home – wow am I in bad shape. The second was getting photos taken for the website at work. I cannot believe how big I am.
I started getting my act together last week. I juiced three mornings and had a smoothie for breakfast for one. Lunches were on the healthy side – always including vegetables. I think dinners were on the bad side though. I need to keep eating healthier and I also need to get out and go for walks.
I am listening to a good book about starting good habits. It is a reminder to make small changes.
