Tuesday was a long day at work. I didn’t take a lunch break. I left my dog home inside all day and naturally she peed in the house since I forgot. That’s what I get. I had Factor 75 meals for dinner. Wednesday I stayed home from the office and worked from home because there was a ton of snow and ice – and I got a lot more done from home with less interruptions. I had fast food for lunch dammit. I can’t remember what I had for dinner. Thursday was back to the office. I had fast food again for lunch – that Factor 75 order was late due to snow I guess. For dinner I went out and had Pho. Friday I worked from home again. I had some bacon for breakfast and skipped lunch. I had an awesome massage. I got some take out bbq for dinner. All in all, it was an ungood week. Poor diet. Consumed by work. And now that my dog has peed for the first time in the new house, it is like the floodgates are open and she feels she has permission to pee whenever she wants. I can’t wait for this damn snow to go away so that I can keep her outside during the day. I may have to close her in my room during the night until she forgets that habit.
This morning I watched a very insightful file called The Sacred Science. Fascinating. Shamans and natural healing is fascinating to me. There is clearly so much healing power in natural medicine. I am somewhat drawn to medicine as I nearly attended medical school and became a doctor. I am glad that I didn’t because western medicine is a cluster. There seems to be a lot of wisdom in natural healing. I plan to learn what I can and try to incorporate some of these herbs into my daily life.
