Last week was a train wreck. I cannot remember if I had the water/supplements in the mornings or not. It was a very, very long week of work. I worked long days. Ate horribly. Slept horribly. Thought about work constantly. I didn’t make any journal entries. I think it is because I am behind and have a lot of deadlines next week. BUT, I made the first steps in a pretty big change at work. It could lead to some pretty big changes in my life. Changes are coming.

Another bad day. It was a freaking Saturday and I spent most of it catching up on work from the office. Started with eating unhealthy leftovers for breakfast. Ate out for a late lunch that was not healthy. The only good part was that I didn’t eat dinner – but that was because I was working so late. If I have learned nothing else from this journaling, it is that work is a big disrupter in my life. I spend too damn much time working and thinking about work. Something has to change.
An ok day. Started with water and supplements. Had a fairly health lunch with fresh veggies. Dinner was not so good though.
Pretty much the same as yesterday. I guess I am barely hanging in there. I haven’t really done much in the way of exercise and don’t feel like I should be losing weight – but it is interesting how I am not craving junk food as much as I usually do. That is a good thing.
It was an OK day. Started morning with water and supplements. Didn’t have a great lunch, but did have salad with it. Didn’t have a great dinner, but did have salad with it. Pretty mediocre day.
