Not a great day. I did start with water and supplements. Lunch wasn’t bad – had some veggies. Dinner was terrible. Still fighting a mild flu.

Not a great day. Started day off with water and supplements. Lunch wasn’t great – a take-out sandwich. Dinner wasn’t great, but I did add some vegetables. I started coming down with a mild flu.
Really good day today. Started off with water and supplements. Healthy lunch with fresh veggies. Healthy dinner with fermented veggies. Also had a smoothie for dessert with banana, cacao powder, chia seeds, and almond milk. Only thing that would have been better is adding some yoga in the morning. Maybe tomorrow…
Didn’t start day with water or supplements – completely forgot. Had take out for lunch and dinner. But I did manage to make a good trip to the grocery store and do some meal planning for this week.
It has been a month since I have started this journey. I do feel like I have established a good routine of water and supplements in the morning. And I do generally feel that my craving for junk food have decreased. When I plan my meals and don’t skip lunch, I generally do pretty well.
I have noticed how much I let work disrupt my progress. I just stress out way to much about work. I think that is what is triggering this feeling like my body is under attack. I need to learn to let work stay at work.
I am going to stick with the same routine in terms of water and supplements in the morning. I am also going to either meditate or do yoga for four mornings this week.
